CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) titled “Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform”, our company TNM ÇEVRE TEKNOLOJİLERİ TAAHÜT İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (“TNM Çevre Teknolojileri”), which is the data controller, has the obligation to inform the data subjects about its identity, the purposes of personal data processing, the persons to whom personal data are transferred and the purposes of transfer, the legal reasons and methods of collecting personal data, and the rights of the personal data subject to the data controller listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
Pursuant to this article, this Clarification Text has been prepared for the purpose of informing you, the data owners, in accordance with the provision of Article 10 of the KVKK.

Identity of the Data Controller:
Article 3/1 (ı) of the LPPD defines the data controller as ‘the natural or legal persons who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system’. Article 10/1 (a) of the LPPD titled ‘Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform’ also imposes the obligation to inform the data subject about the identity of the data controller.
TNM Çevre Teknolojileri may have the title of ‘data controller’ within the scope of the LPPD due to your personal data that you share with us both on this website and in other media. In this context, the ‘identity of the data controller’ has been established as a joint stock company in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the company headquarters is located in Çakmak Mah. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred:

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data:
